About Ore Innovations

Ore Innovations is a human capital development organisation, a social enterprise designed to create solutions in knowledge gap and unemployment facing young people. This is achieved by bridging the gap between education and employment through providing soft skill and employability skills training for young people and graduates. we also provided business skill training for youths who have interest in entrepreneurship. We also provide mentorship in Business development and Involved Citizenship.

It runs both for profit (the academy) and a non for profit structure (Transformation Home Africa).

Its ideology is based on the teaching that “the illiterate of the 21th century would not be those you cannot read and write but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn. The 21th century is filled with opportunities. We are literally drowning in information and yet know so little, with the average youth not knowing how to access and use credible information, information technology gadget for personal and professional skill development.

In a growing society Ore innovations seeks to bridge the gap in education, teaching and empowering youth and students in skills needed to promote personal development with relevant skill set. In recent researches carried out, we found out that young people don’t know how to match their academic knowledge with relevant IT and personal skill set. In most cases this personal skill set is lacking as they have not be well grounded to full understand the work ability of their skill set.

Ore innovations operates by running specific programs and campaigns that focuses on improving quality education, national development and environmental impart. It runs a yearly membership program and specific personal development course, where young people are employed and train in specific skills. Including verbal skills (How to learn anything fast, time management, communication skills among others) and practical skills (in computer application, photography, graphics design, web design, etc.). Our trainees are therefore empowered to train other new members as they come.

The Organisation operates by pulling resource persons who have proven to have a good knowledge of their field. Organising for teachers and students to attend such seminal and conferences then teach back their findings and experiences to other members.

Ore innovation is founded by Scientists (Sct) Omojefe Kennedy Orezime, who holds a certificate in social sector leadership from philanthropist university BekleyHass school of business California, Avanced Diploma in nutrition from Shaw Academy Ireland, a Bmls degree from Igbinedion University Okada, a UN environmental day Hero 2018, A global impact Ambassador and also a YALI network facilitator among others.
